This includes, working hand in hand with the Immigration departments and courts in the implementation of the established Tribunal Courts (Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Services Appeal Tribunal) as provided in the Kenyan Citizenship and Foreign Nationals Management Services Act 2011. We aim to maintain a robust Regional presence to foster open channels with government agency decision makers, and to provide clients with government-affairs support on immigration policy, laws and regulations
